While Allied Resource Partners takes extensive measures to mitigate the risks associated with drilling oil wells, it’s important to understand that these investments remain speculative and inherently carry a high degree of risk. High risk, however, can also lead to high returns. It is crucial to acknowledge that not every well we drill results in a commercially productive outcome.

We only accept investments from accredited investors, as defined by the criteria below. This ensures that our investors possess the financial sophistication and capacity to bear the risks involved.

Accredited Investor Criteria

Income: Individuals with an annual income exceeding $200,000 (or $300,000 jointly with a spouse) in each of the last two years, and with expectations of the same for the current year.

Net Worth: Individuals with a net worth exceeding $1 million, either individually or jointly with a spouse, excluding the value of their primary residence.
